Great art, the detail are very good, some parts are little bit disproportional, but you really did great work.

- watch the lines on the nose- and i personally would have liked it better if you didn't put the detailing of the eye on the right side. the hair and shading technique is good though- keep working, you're doing great. the neck line is also good- but make sure not to angle it too much.
