Richard Holden is a small time crook, runnin' about Raccoon City with his hands cuffed behind his back. Amazingly, he's still alive since his new partner, Officer Anna McGraw has found him. Or rather, they found eachother. Having lost her keys during her escape from the RPD, Richard must survive the undead horrors with his hands behind his back. Anna has to see to it that he and herself make it out alive.
