I really like how detail was put into making the hair looked frizzled. Plus (again with the coloring obsession xD), I liked how it looks very oil-y colored, almost like if by hand. What exactly is that program you used? :3
The only problem I see is how the eyes and hat are. The eyes seem a wee bit off, and I think the hat doesn't look like it's following the hair/head line. But then again, that's me being critical. It's amazing enough to pass off by an untrained crit - Report As Spam
