- I also wanted it to be white, if I wanted color, I would have added it. I wanted the avatars to stand out the most, not the color of the background.

- I made it on paint, all you have to do is go into image and click invert colors on a selected picture. As for being generic, it is my first banner and again was made on paint, not photo shop.
