thank you very much i can learn a lot from tht, im now drawing a picture from scarett johanson to learn it better and ive been noticing these things too
just to make it clear, im trying to make it look more realistic than mangas but actual realism is yet way too hard for me

A few suggestions:
Since you're working with realism dont outline the hair, draw every stand (it takes forever but it adds to the look)
In general look into a mirror and draw yourself, youll find that:
Eyes dont open up that wide/They wont have such nicely defined highlights in them
Eyelashes are wild and tend to be drawn longer at the corners
The nose and lips are farther down on the face
Theres shading between the top and bottom lip
