And even though some are self-destructive, people still continue to do them.
YES, it's NOT real. I would not REALLY cut my sister's back for a picture, would you? It's also not meant to suggest that she herself did it, but her obsession got so bad that she has someone she goes to that helps her do it to herself.

- i could've sworn that i've seen this picture before...but it's probably because others have done similar pictures. very nice, although its a bit blurry, which kind of brings it down a bit. but it does send off a strong message.

- Ok at first I was like wtf but then i figured they were fake because those are a little BIG but it's a really good pic I used to cut but then i wasnt sad anymore :'(

- ok to the two who posted previously.. How the crap can you cut on your back? Like is that even physically possible? I never went beyond my limbs in my cutting days = but yes, it does get the meaning across and the picture has lots of emotion in it.
