- Artist: PinkFireFly

Description:
Here's the abortion shot but this time with blood on it. It's a concept of abortion before it was legalized.
I don't like the blood as much, because I used ketchup haha. I wanted some watery blood with blood spatters, so I'll be looking up some recipes on the internet for fake blood to redo this shot. - Date: 02/21/2010

- I love this photo and have no problem with it at all. It is not the photographers fault if this drags up something from your past, how would she know. This is just art.

That Spike guy really doesn't understand, does he?
I think abortion is about choice. If you want one, get one. If you don't want one, then don't. :/ Just don't force your beliefs on someone else.
It's true, the blood looks a little too thick, but I think it adds to the whole "abortion" theme. (Maybe as like, a fetus?)
All in all, amazing. -Faves- I love the message you are trying to convey. - Report As Spam

- Very original, I see why this is in the top. I'm just befuddled why "Na'Vi Me" is above this piece of art. Guess some people couldn't tell art apart from piece of crap.

- As disgusting as this is, the texture of the blood in the photo reminds me of menstrual blood.

I had an abortion and I am not offended or hurt at all by this.
It's not up to PinkFireFly to police the meaning of her art so people can remain unoffended. It's hardly "compassion" to simply never bring up certain topics in public ever. Great job on this. The blood IS a bit thick, but it looks like the consistency of egg yolk to me, which works as well for the context of the pic. Thumbs up. - Report As Spam
