Taken on December of 2OO9.
Pigeons are definitely part of Cuba's culture.
Whether they admit it or not everyone owns one.
Children have to find ways to be entertained and taming pigeons is one of those ways.
They either buy pigeons from breeders or catch them from the wild.
They then train them, and use them to transport messages to friends and interbreed them with other pigeons.
