Suiseiseki is the third doll to be created by Rozen and she is the elder twin sister of Souseiseki. She can be described as being quite timid, but also shows sides of being mischievous and even a little bit of a bully. Despite this she cares deeply about Jun and the other dolls, especially her twin sister which makes her very hesitant to participate in the Alice Game.
