Chapter 1- Memory
I focus my thoughts, my entire being, on my beloved crush. My heart focuses his image, little by little. His beautiful tan skin, perfect, no blemishes anywhere. His eyes, chocolate brown, shinning in the sunlight a bright honey color. His facial features much more perfect than any God on the planet.
Gabriel
.
His beautiful face shines in my mind everyday as a reminder that I cannot have him. A married woman cannot have such desires. Married "happily" everyday to my Jason, smiling happily everyday by just looking at me. Gabriel's memory refuses to be a thing of the past.
"You can never forget me," he growled, his sad face betraying his harsh tone. His eyes staring at me. His chocolate eyes burning into my soul causing pain. I knew why I felt this way. I knew why I described him with such careful detail.
"I love him," I whispered, one day, watching an illusion of his reflection as I tossed a stone to erase the image in the lake near my sister's mansion.
"I'm sorry, love who?" his memory asked, his voice sounding curious.
"Shut up! You know what your memory does to me! Leave me alone!" I said quietly.
Unfortunately enough, my husband Jason arrived. He saw my clothes were tattered and ripped. My blue satin dress was ripped from the waist below, revealing my underwear. My scarlet lipstick smudged my face, accompanied by eyeshadow, staining my eyelids.
"Ayame, my love, your clothes are ruined. What happened?" he asked in a sincere worry, his voice gruff from from his loss of air from staying too long at the gym again.
"Oh, it's nothing," I lied. Actually, to be honest, my clothes are tattered because my magic made my clothes literally tear apart, instead of me. How I wish I could die. My memory, unfortunately accurate, had permanently burned his enchantingly beautiful face into my eyes. I feel closer to suicide everyday, wondering why I resisted him.
