• A man with green skin walked in, his body silhouetted against the light of the hallway. He was carrying something that looked a little bit like restraints. His eyes were an odd color of blue, like a glowstick. They were piercing, and they stared at me like they could see into my very soul.

"What is going on here? Where am I?" I demanded, standing shakily.

"You are on the planet Delua. You are going to go get your memory erased, so as to repopulate your planet with fresh people. Hopefully your descendents will be easier on it than you have been."

"Me??? I haven't done anyhing to the planet than hasn't been done millions of times before! Why are you doing to me?" I was getting hysterical. "and where is Andrew?? I have to see him!"

" You are going to get your memory erased. Your friend is just down the hall. Come, we must be going." The green man walked into the room, right up to me. He put the restraints on my wrists, yanking me up to my feet. He all but dragged me down a long, winding hallway, towards a room filled with a purple light.

I woke up, groggy as hell. I was on a springy bed of moss, which was damp with dew. Shaking my head, I looked around me, confused. I didn't remember falling asleep in the forest. The last thing I remembered was an odd purple light. Not this wonderfully comfortable bed that i was on. I glanced down at my attire. I was wearing a fur-lined wrap and a pair of wonderfully supple moccasins. I got up and stared wandering around the deep green forest, awed by how majestic this all was. As I was walking, I started recalling some memories that explained the reason I was here.

The laughing of children surrounded me in the quaint village of teepees, smoke rising in whisps, white and thin. Men were preparing for a hunt, women were weaving and cooking at their homes. They all had a look of contentment on their faces.

"Ayla! Come here darling!" A man's voice called from behind me. I turned, and ran toward my betrothed husband, Andrew. We collided in a gleeful tangle of arms and legs, kissing and touching to make sure the other was fine.

"Hey, why don't we take a walk in the forest? I want to show you something." He said as we got our breath back.
