• I flutter my eyes open trying to make out the shadows around the room. I feel scared but for some reason there is something missing along with me being scared and sit still for 10 long minutes then realized my heart isn't beating fast like it used to or my blood isn't pulsing through my veins. I sit there trying to make sense of it all. I go to stand up and wobble around a bit feeling light as a feather then I start to feel around the room. The walls are completly wooden and the shapes i touched I thought might have been a bed, two chairs, and a dresser. Then my throat started to burn as if a volcano errupted in my throat and my eyes started to water. Then aventually a sharp pain came from my teeth and two sharp fangs started to slide out. I screamed in pain and lurched around the room in a hunting frenzy. Scrapping, kicking, bitting at the walls hoping for a way out for blood. Eventually it calmed down and I sat down and went through what happened so I became this. Then it clicked in my head like the light bulb that shows up in the cartoons. I was at my best friends 16th birthday she left me with some guy. He was polite at first and then I went to go get a drink and then the next thing I know I turn the corner and he strikes me with a pan and then i was here. My thougths were then interrupted with the footsteps walking up the stairs and then a yell "Amethyst!" I stare at the door with my mouth shut not wanting to answer the melodic voice.
