    "Sayomi!!!" Yoichi called. I was up in one of the cherry blossom trees on the path way to school. "Up here." I called. He ran over to the tree I was in. "What are you doing up there?" he asked, looking up at me. "Rin came. I'm hiding." I said. He held his hand up to me "Come down. I'll protect you, I promise." he said. I smiled and jumped off the tree into his out streched arms. Just than, I heard something coming. "Yoichi!" I lunged forward and pushed him backward, but was also pulled with him. I looked up from a top Yoichi's chest. "Sayomi? What's going on?" he asked. "Something just came to kill us. I pushed us away." I explained quickly. "Oh, s**t." he said. "Yeah, that statment a couple seconds ago just backfired on you." I said. That made him smirk a bit. I heard it coming again, and put my hand up. As my hand went up, a barrier came up a few inches from my hand, and whoever came at us, crashed into it. I was already sitting on Yoichi's stomach and Yoichi just sat up on his elbows to see who was on the floor. "That's-" he exclaimed as the person showed his face. He had a sparkling green right eye and a shining yellow left eye. He was dressed in a black t-shirt, black pants, chain belt, black sneakers, and a white scife on the floor next to him. "Wow. That's never happened before." he said. "Who are you?" I asked, lowering my hand. "I think you would've already known that."he said. He still wasn't looking at me, but his scife a few feet away from him. "He's the apprentice!" Yoichi hissed. Just than, the guy grabbed the scife and tried to attack. But, I caught the blade with my hand. The harder he pushed down, the more blood was drawn. He wasn't looking directly at me, he was looking at Yoichi. Yoichi was glaring back. "All I will say is, I regret not being able to kill you before you became immortal." the boy said. "What's your name?" I asked, almost completely ignoring his statement. "Loki. I was named after the Norse God of mischief." he said. "Well, I didn't that much explanation, but, okay." I mumbled. I realized Loki started blushing with embarresment "Sh-Shut up!" he said, and with it, came a force that pushed me off Yoichi and crashing to the ground a few yards back. And than there was blood.

    He moved so fast, I couldn't even see it. Before I knew it, he had stabbed Sayomi with his scife. She was bleeding heavily, but she stood up as if it was nothing. I looked at her, amazed. She looked back at me, confused, bewildered, but also a bit relieved. "Damn you!!!" Loki yelled, and brought down his scife, but, in unvisible speed, she was behind him, and had made a long cut that ran from his shoulder blade down to his lower back. His blood came out immediatly, he yelled, but immediatly quieted. "I can't be killed, so what are you going to do now?" Sayomi asked Loki. Loki smirked a bit "What about your boyfriend over there?" he asked. She looked at me, as if telling me 'Show him'. I realized than that she knew too. She knew that I ended up drinking the water -mostly because I landed on my face when I fell into the springs, but I wouldn't tell her that.- I smirked at her, she smirked back. I stood up, "Why don't you come here and prove that threat?" I asked, beckoning. He came, and made a long cut on my chest. But, in only a second did it take to completely heal. "Sorry, pretty boy." I said and kicked him. He landed a couple yards away in front of Sayomi. "Have you two forgotten?! I'm immortal too!" Loki said. "Well, than, I geuss this battle will go absolutely no where." Sayomi sighed. Just than, Loki looked really pissed. "The only way to keep Rin from getting your blood is to kill you. But, because I can't kill you, I'll just have to drain you of all your blood. Don't worry, it'll be very painful." Loki smirked. While Loki was staring at Sayomi, I came up from behind, and kicked him from behind on the head. The little p***k went unconciouse. "We need to hide him." Sayomi said. I nodded, picked up his body and hid it behind some bushes. "Let's get out of here." I said. "Yea, but let's do our best not to be seen. We have blood on our clothes." Sayomi pointed. I nodded "We can run by my house. You can get your clothes washed there." he said. She nodded, and avoiding as many people as we could, got to my house.
