• So, whose brilliant idea was it to make homecoming the same weekend as Halloween??!? This is crazy! First of all, everyday last week at school there was a theme to dress up for:

    Monday- Class Colors. This means I had to ware a lot of red (GO SOPHOMORES!)

    Tuesday- Twin Day. Barrowed a pair of my friends black skinny jeans and an Iron Maiden shirt

    Wednesday- Class Float Theme. The theme for the floats this yearbwas ancient civilizations or something. We were Native Americans. I wore dream catcher earrings and a shirt that had all these beads on it.

    Thursday(early release)- School Colors. This means everyone was warring green and gold.

    Thursday we had our pep rally. Which was pretty dumb as usual. Since we're underclassmen, we had to sit on the left side of the gym. This means the cheer leaders and the dance team face the right side of the gym and we get to stare at their butts the whole time. This might be a good thing to some people but for me, not really.
    Today, Friday, we didn't have school due to a teacher work day. The parade was at 5:00. I had to march in the parade because I'm in marching band. After the parade there Is this little carnival thing till the game, which was at 7:00. When it was the second quarter of the game, it started pouring and there was a lot of thunder and lightning. Everyone ran under these awning things that are over the side walks. Since we band kids are amazing we played music and danced (wutang!) the whole time. Then we found out the game got canceled and will continue tomorrow at 11:00.
    Tomorrow is the homecoming dance. It goes from 7:00 to 10:30. I'm just going to have fun with my friends.
    Then Sunday is Halloween, which is gonna be crazy.
    On Monday I have a butt load of homework due. What kind of teacher gives homework on a weekend like this?!
