    Trying to drown out my fears

    It gives me the will to stay alive

    Notes and rhythms songs of the heart
    It’s been here since time did start

    Its flowing in my soul
    Filling up that empty hole

    It brings the smile to my lips
    I gulp it down, no tiny sips

    In love with my idols of pop
    Without their music my life would stop

    Of course I shall not really die as everyone thinks

    take musics hand so it can lead
