Tortured day by day,
You've been gone for so long.
I feel so much pain,
Without you, living feels so wrong.
Tears burn behind my eyes,
Then roll down my face.
I turn up towards the sky,
Knowing you're in a better place.
Memories are bittersweet,
And I hate it when I laugh,
Wishing you were here with me,
To complete my other half.
For now I'll say so long,
After you've bidden me ado,
And wait to hear the song
That means I'm coming up to you.
