The ground a blurred vareity of green and grey
of the asphalt and grass that passed
as the vehicle sped towards it destination
I, A regular customer of public transportation.
The white interior mixing boldly with the metal gray.
A white lighthouse adorned the cliff as we passed the great port bay.
The rough and rustled noise of a loosened window, echoed in my ear.
Battleships and Tourist boats stood at the distant dock.
The others quiet, enjoying the ride.
The clouds covered daylight, the sun they did hide.
Lahaina, our stop, a small little town. The ocean so close that salt filled the air.
The driver maneuvered the bus with the greatest of care.
The brakes gave a squeal as they stopped to a halt.
"WHARF CINEMA CENTER MALL!" the driver did call.
I moved from my seat to head towards the mall.
As I turned back, Thanking the driver with a wave.
She replied back to me "Take care and good day".
