fired up from the horizon like
shooting stars
fell from the sky like
falling stars
the blinding light
tidal waves of dust
the sound or tearing air
then golden mushrooms
growing on the once beautiful hills
giant fire hellions devouring the sky
guess it wasn't fire
fire does not maim the mountains
fire does not taint the oceans
fire does not erase generations
then i saw not fire but death
then i tasted iron
then i drew a deep breath
then the stars again... orion

I like it!...very nicely done....figurative language used well...slight issue with flow in the beginning...try changing it to have "fired up from the horizon like shooting stars" and "fell from the sky like falling stars" in one line each"...Imagery was amazing, concept was great...
Concept: 5/5
Flow: 4/5
Style: 4/5
Fig. Lang./Imagery: 5/5
Overall:4.5/5 (5) ...2nd 5/5 i've given out of countless others...well done... - Report As Spam
