Out in the rain,
Up in a tree,
I see pigeons cuddling
One two three.
In the rain,
From a sky so dark,
I see a sparrow
Hit it's mark.
A feeding house
with seeds galore
The ones unwanted
Flung upon the floor.
Those birds are so fascinating,
The ones in the rain.
I wish I could join them,
Become a child again.
