All around was only darkness
no light being shined at
there was nothing there nearby
wondering when would the light show up
wondering whom could help
to free me from this darkness

Many hours had pass by
but still there were no one there
to help me from the dark
that have no light
no sound around
nothing at all nearby
but is still waiting
for someone to come to rescue me
from this dark and scary place

Looking around for some light
that will give hope that there is an exit
many times that i had hoped that
someone would show up soon or later
but i still would not give up this hope
that someone would come to take me from this place

There were still no sign of anyone coming
to get me out this place so that i could be free
even though that i have to wait for a long time
but i would still never give up that hope of
having someone to come and let me be free
out to see the light of this world again
