Am I scared of change,
unable to pass on,
stuck in quick sand,
my past,
her eyes lock me into place,
all those pictures,
unable to look away,
that smile,
stuck staring,
why must it be,
the way things are,
wheres the good,
I've been longing for,
terrible pain,
agonizing thrusts,
move on and forget,
move on with minor memory,
give up on it all,
be patient and wait,
try to make the past the present,
or learn from the past and move on,
all those memories and pictures,
wish they were now,
instead of memories,
where are you when I need you,
whats happened to you,
are you done with me,
sick of me,
am I nothing,
what am I,
do you even care,
anymore,
at all,
do you ever think,
maybe,
just even maybe,
ever I wonder,
or is it just me,
weeping in the past,
scared of whats to come,
so much forever,
I must say,
indeed.

hmm.. the poem's truly sad..
writer, i wonder why you're wallowing into this sadness at this special time of the year.. i wish the snow won't froze you in the past.. i wish the cold breeze won't find your cries.. i wish the fire in the hearth warm your spirit to smile again amidst all this pain and fear of change.. you'll survive, writer.. i think you're someone who carries on no matter what.
