A hypnotist's watch sways back and forth
Trying to disguise the ever louder
Ticking.
A page turns in a magazine,
A distraction from the
Hourglass sand slipping through
fingers.
The seasons change through the windowpane,
Plants glowing in pots, trying to pretend
That the summer hasn't
Faded.
The mouse that skittered so loudly,
Is now dust on the ground.
Eventuality, Inevitability.
Time Passes.
- Title: 5 words wound up in others

Description:
5 "random" (suggested by a friend/noted in immediate area) words must be used within the poem, and it must be as depressing as possible.
(Magazine, Windowpane, Mouse, Pot, Watch)
Just something I wrote out of boredom, not really very deep at all.
