Is a heart really an organ
something that pulses like a drum that beats
or is something different
it has two sides like the moon, one dark and one light
I believe that one side is light
which holds are happiness memories, like when i used to hold you close, we used to laugh and talk and you used to sing to me every night
But now my heart has gone entirely dark, with so much pain and remorse
I'm glad.....I stayed with you........even if it was goodbye afterwards

A poem is not something rhymes, it can be a thought or a couple words about something you care about. My grammar is bad normally. so you'll have to forgive me

It's really emotional and all, and it conveys your feelings fairly well, but I see one or two problems with spelling and punctuation, and to be honest, it's not really a poem, more of a written thought or sentiment.
