My tears are a well dug deep
Fears from dark dreams
Plaguing my memories
Only the end of a chapter
Leaves an echoing sadness within
That keeps this visage stoic
Today I really needed to see you
I cried and I cried
It's never gonna be enough
In this world it's only love
That leaves scars unhealed
An unmasked and raw emotion
My loneliness burned within
Fraying my vision
Like the rising sun ahead
My arms reached forward
Hoping to receive you
Only water was drawn from the well again
