Those two dangos in the clannad ending. They are like the most adorable couple ever.
I think Yukki and Akise Aru from Mirai Nikki are destined to each other.
Tamaki and Haruhi from Ouran Highschool Host Club are cute couple.
As above mentioned Ed x Winry is great too.

BethYagamii I think that's Yuki and Yuno from Mirai Nikki ~ ~ s2 Perfect Couple... Those two are great together too. It is quite twisted but lovely. : D Personally I prefer Yuki and Akise, even though it is bit of one-sided.

...I had to think about this for a long time, because I honestly don't do a whole lot of shipping. And when I do, they're usually video game characters, which I'm guessing might not count in an anime guild?
There's Naoki and Aichi from Cardfight!! Vanguard, I guess. And maybe Annie and Armin from Attack on Titan.
