So what do you guys think of season 2 so far?

Its definitely getting interesting

unfortunately I'm not reading the novel/manga for this anime...

So Here is a hint to people who have not seen season 2 yet , you might want to see the OVA's first before starting Season 2

there is a character that appears in the OVA in season 2

IMO, these last few episodes were a drastic turn for the worse. Rimiru was morally gray before now, but I don't see how they can ever go back to the jokey nice guy who tutors kids. I felt like I was watching not just an unfamiliar character, but a whole different show.

Like if they brought in Urobochi to finish up the script for DanMachi.

this is total a theory / guess...

I think sometime in the future Remaru might end up out of control or be the (bad guy) or something.
I think Chloe the girl Remaru was teaching ... might end up slaying him or helping him...?
since the sprit that entered the younger version of Chloe was the older version of her self ....
for some reason i have a feeling Chloe sprit did like a "time hack" or something ...
since its possible for Remaru to bring people back to life i think the sprit of Chloe can travel through time?
or Remaru's might have sent Chloes time traveling sprit to the past to stop him self from doing something wrong?
