Valentina La Russa
First year Gryffindor

As Valentina sat there contemplating her summer she realised her parents where two of the most stubborn and ignorant people she has meet. "Yes that is true but you will understand if you ever meet them. They are so stubborn and ignorant." she said. "I can't stand them. When ever we in Italy I take off to my friends place most of them time." she explained. "I actually didn't really make friends this year. I was basically alone." she said. Valentina was not much of a people person she found it hard to socialise with people. "I guess there us always next year if I come back." Valentina said and she left as that

So much for hurrying to find Theo... Seriously, I'm one of the first ones here of my house...

As Veronica entered the Great Hall, she slipped off the cuff with beginning numbers of pi that her mother had given her saying something about "Think of it about life never ending..." or some rubbish like that, because apparently the woman became religious or something or claimed it-(at least she wasn't trying to pawn off obvious religious paraphernalia on her) and Veronica dropped the bracelet cuff into her bag. She didn't have to look hard to realize Theo wasn't even there at the table yet-as apparently most of her housemates. So, in the end the only benefit of hurrying to leave the carriage was to avoid Victor being all sympathetic when he put it together that 'Officer Kiss' was likely her father who was the one who had been killed that summer.

Her booted heels barely made a click on the floor as she took a seat a little forward of the center of the table. She supposed being as tall as she was naturally, already, made wearing heels just make her stand out height wise all the more, but then again even if she wore flats she still would be taller than most of the girls, even the upperclassmen, and a lot of the boys her own age. With a sigh she massaged her forehead, frowning and glanced up at the staff table and then to the sorting hat: she really didn't care about the sorting, especially this year. She didn't have the energy to get excited about any of the new Gryffindors that would join her house because, frankly by this time, it was unlikely she would end up close to any considering the age difference, and the summer had been long.

Placing her head down on her arm she glanced to the doors of the entrance hall figuring eventually someone she knew would show up. In the meanwhile she had unhooked the keychain from her bag and was turning it over in her hand, wishing she had brought a book to read with her or something.

So many questions
But I'm talking to myself
I know that you can't hear me any more
Not anymore
So much to tell you
And most of all goodbye
But I know that you can't hear me any more...

spaceJulius entered the Great Hall and he caught sight of Dori at the Hufflepuff table. Well, there was one of his brothers. Glancing over at the Slytherin table he didn't see Ty. Julius supposed that all three of them end up getting separated from each other along the way. It was odd to think that with them being triplets, all sporting their unusual blue hair, that none of them end up in the same house.

With a nod towards Dori he glanced at his own table and took a seat at random, avoiding the upperclassman girl who didn't just look bored-but looked annoyed. He sat down and glanced up at the staff table recognizing some of his professors, wondering which of the professors he didn't recognize would be teaching Advance Flying that he signed up for, and then looked over to the sorting hat and the sorting that would soon begin. It would be interesting to see what new faces would end up in his house: maybe he'd get to know one of them. He really should have focused more or getting to know his housemates last year, after all. Though he did run into two Gryffindors at the carriage, one an upperclassman but the other a girl in his year-the one who made the casual comment about not eating much the year before. That didn't sound healthy, he decided, but maybe she wasn't a big eater or something?

When he saw the hat begin to talk, Julius still couldn't help but be caught off guard by that ability of the hat. And the sorting ceremony was soon to begin he realized with a smile.

House: Gryffindor{|}Football Club: Borussia Dortmund{|}Third Year

Theo walked into the Great Hall, still extremely bored out of his mind. He had only talked to two people on his whole entire trip to Hogwarts, which was definitely a record for him. He's used to talking to everybody and for that to change was weird to him. He kept his pace however, despite being so down. He walked up to his table, seeing Ronna immediately. He walked up behind her and said 'Hello' before taking a seat next to her.

"Okay, maybe I was wrong about the hair," he said to her, shrugging his shoulder. He actually did like the blonde better now that he had a really good chance to look at it. "I guess that's why I could never do anything that has anything to do with fashion," he said to her, laughing. He looked up to her and then realized what she was wearing. "Why are you wearing heels? You are already taller than a lot of people. You've got to be at least five-foot ten with them on. That's a little much don't you think?" he teased, playfully winking at her. She was already four inches taller than he was. And with the whole heel thing she was seven inches taller.

"Anyways, how was the rest of your summer?" he asked her, knowing that she didn't have a great start, but maybe she spent the rest of it after their little meeting nicely. He secretly hoped she did because then he would be left with a foot stuck in his mouth.

I wore heels pretty much all of last year and this summer, why would it suddenly matter?

Veronica sat up quickly reaching for her wand before she recognized the hello that was behind her as Theo and he sat down beside her. She narrowed her blue eyes at him and said, "You know walking up behind someone like that is a good way to get hexed..." Letting out a sigh she listened as Theo said he was wrong about the hair and then criticized the heels and the fact it made her that much taller, at least his tone was teasing and not overly critical. And then he added the question of how the rest of her summer was.

She sighed and said as she slipped the key chain she had been twisting in her hand into her bag and said, "I wore heels pretty much all last year and I was when we met up this summer... besides I figure knowing how to walk in heels is good for my Plan C or D to make a living when I graduate. I figure if all else fails I could run off to Paris or something and take up modeling," she added a bit sarcastically. "And with these heels I believe it would be five-foot-nine-inches not five-foot-ten."

"And my summer? I've decided I hate unpacking and moving-I should have made you help me out some with that, come to think of it," She said with a shrug. "Oh, and did you have a good nap on the train? It seems to have perked up your mood. And, what was up with being all grumpy on the 9 3/4 platform. You made poor Xavier think he was causing a problem or something because he thought I was waiting on you."

"I mean I assumed if you had wanted to meet up there specifically you would have either have joined Xavier and I like Victor end up doing or you would have let me know while you were in Germany. It wasn't like you didn't have my e-mail, or my phone number, or my muggle address," She added with a shrug.

Valentina La Russa
Second year Gryffindor/ Pureblood

As Valentina walked into the Great hall and towards the Gryffindor table all the memories of last year flooded back to her. As she walking along she spotted the people she was on the carriage up to the castle. "Can I sit here?" She asked Julius or Theo. Valentina still did not feel like being her but she forced herself to come back this year.

He nodded and said, "Sure. Valentina, right? You are in the same year as me..." He trailed off, not one to be overly talkative, more of an observer. He figured he was one of the quieter Gryffindors.

To break the monotony of the sorting Julius added with a polite smile, "Are you looking forward to this school year?"

First year Gryffindor

As Valentina took a seat next to Julius. She wondered if still could be the start of a friendship or not "Not really I am not much of a learner. I'm not sure how much trouble I am going to be in for not being in class most of the time. What about you?" Valentina said. "I am still recovering from my eating eating disorder I had last year. But I have been cleared to full health." Valentina still finds it hard to talk about her health problems she had to deal with.

Alexandria walked into the Great Hall in uniform, dark and light brown curls bouncing with every step she took. Dark eyes scanned the large group of first years before they landed on her brother. The girl flashed him a grin though he didn’t seem to be looking her way, and then scanned the Gryffindor table, looking for a place to sit. The only other person she had spotted in her year was Theo, but she would rather not sit or talk to him, especially after their run in during the summer in Diagon Alley. Of course, none other than Veronica was sitting with him. With an over exaggerated roll of her eyes, Alex strutted with her chin up towards the other end of the table. I wish Ana was in Gryffindor, she thought, leaning her chin in the palm of her hand as she placed her elbow on the table. Speaking of Ana, where the hell was she? Alexandria hadn’t seen her blonde Slytherin friend since the holidays. Chocolate brown eyes stared ahead at the table decked in green as she searched for the twelve year old.

Might end up falling, but you just might fly
You know it's all about what you believe
And maybe something extra up your sleeve

I won't be whining about what might've been
You know I'm not too big on giving in
I use whatever spell the law allows
That is of course, if I know how

"I'm not much of a flyer myself, I am more of a violinist. I think I will stick with the classes I got for now." Valentina said "This year I am actually going to attend classes, last year I wasn't well I barely ate anything so in the holidays I ended up going into rehab." She said. Rosabella twirled down the hall and into the Great Hall, but she stopped spinning once stepping foot into the large room filled with her entire school. She didn’t want others to think she was weird, and she wasn’t! Dancing was just fun. It made the twelve year old happy, and it brought a smile to her face. So did this castle, actually. As much as she detested being in the same house as her step sister, she loved this place. The walls were filled with secrets and magic, and the curriculum involved learning spells and living in a world that the girl didn’t think could even exist unless it was in her imagination. Well, she was pretty young when she did find out about magic, so she never really did have a doubt that it wasn’t real.

Rosabella skipped to the table decked in red; however, she stopped when she noticed Alexandria. Instead of sitting near her, the twelve year old walked to the other end of the table, a few seats away from her sister’s ex boyfriend. She never really paid much attention to the boy, but he was rather cute, even up close.

Gryffindor First Year

Bianca scampered off the stool and down to the table. Gryffindor was her new home, and these kids would be her new brothers and sisters. The smile on her face was wide. Alexander had been in Gryffindor when he'd gone to school. She could write home to her family and not feel embarrassed. A bit of guilt swept through her. She really hadn't wanted to end up in Slytherin or Hufflepuff, even though her parents had been from the those houses, and she knew they were good people, but she couldn't think of a single reason she wanted to be in those houses. Great people had come from Gryffindor. The pride in her heart was replacing the guilt she'd felt as she sat down next at the table, and her heart leaped when she heard Dani get called for her house as well. 'It will be like having a sister!' She thought excitedly clapping.

Bianca felt like she would never be this happy again, and then her stomach grumbled. 'Okay, after I have some dinner, then I'll never be this happy again.'

Theo gave her a small smile when she spoke. "Hey, I don't think you could live with yourself if you hexed me," he said to her, laughing a bit. Ronna probably could definitely hex him if she wanted to, but he really doubted she would ever want to. Then again, she wasn't particularly known for her ability to handle her anger. "And hey, I'm just saying your really tall; so wearing heels kind of defeat the point...I think. I mean, you look nice either way, just figured I'd share what I thought," he said to her, chuckling. He then tried to think of Ronna attempting to be a model. She could probably pull it off. She had the height and she had the looks...at least...that was what he thought.

"I would have helped...and did I seem to grumpy? I wasn't actually grumpy at all. I just saw you talking to few people and didn't want to interrupt. I'm guessing Xavier was the kid you were with? And I didn't mean for that to happen...sorry," he said to her, apologizing sincerely. He, like he said before, just didn't want to interrupt whatever they were talking about. She seemed to be having a good time...or at least...an okay time. He didn't really know what Ronna felt like all the time. Her faces were hard to read at times; so he is left dumbfounded at times whether she is happy, sad, or frustrated. He never knew. He did know however the face she made when she was annoyed. It was probably the face she made the most.

"Ronna...it isn't that I didn't want to meet up with you or anything...I did...like I said, didn't want to interrupt." he said to her, laughing a bit, shrugging his shoulders. He just was trying to be polite really, but he was obviously wrong in doing that. Maybe next time he would get into the conversation. This experience just seemed to be a mental note for him to take into consideration.

He saw Alex come into the Great Hall and quickly looked back to Ronna. If there was anybody that could keep his mind away from the Alex, it would be Ronna. He did however see her sister sitting not too far from him...all alone. He really wondered if she was as bad as Alex said she was, or if she was just being Alex. He was pretty sure the girl could not be too bad, and maybe one day he would find out.
