Sɑɱυεƪ ᴊᴏᵴҥʋᴀ Ɖɑᴠіʂ “Relationships are ropes. Love is a noose."
Samuel vaguely heard the male give his order when he felt him staring at him. Even though he wanted food he couldn't help still being picky. Glancing up at the waitress he smiled apologetically and glanced back down at the menu, "Uh....I'd like the Steak and eggs. Medium well, eggs scrambled, a side of grits, hash browns, and biscuits." Closing his menu he replaced his menu and listened as the waitress read their orders back to them, he nodded along and quietly thanked the woman and watched as she walked away. When she was gone he looked around for any indication of a no smoking sign and was delighted when he spotted the ashtray under the window. It was early, probably too early for smoking, but he didn't care. Smoking was as much a part of his morning ritual as getting up to take a leak. Pulling the carton and lighter from his pocket, he pulled one of the little cancer sticks and slipped it between his lips before he placed the pack on the table. He left it between them in case Micha would care for one as well, not minding sharing them. He kept so many cigarettes on his at all times it was amazing he'd cut back as much as he'd already had but he still needing to seriously think about going on the patch.
Leaning back in his seat, Samuel inhaled and glanced around the small diner. When his eyes landed on the male, he was still brain dead for conversation and kind of hoped Micha could come up with something conversation worthy. Looking back across the diner, he spotted the newspaper stand. "Be right back." he said, setting his cigarette in the ashtray and rising from the booth. Samuel strode across the checkered floor and deposited a few quarters into the slot. Pulling out a copy of the New York Times, he read over the day's headline, walking back to the table and resuming his seat. He set down the paper and pulled out the first section to read a bit of the local and world news, picking up his cigarette as he read.

"Micha glanced around the diner as he sat. He waited for Samuel to give his order as he sat there. Micha heard Samuel give his orders, it seemed like a lot of food but then again he didn’t eat a lot. Once Samuel finished his order, he watched as the waitress walked away to go place their order. Micha grabbed his drink taking a sip. Silence had settled between them once again. He watched as Samuel pulled out his cigarettes and lighter. Micha leaned back against his seat as he sat there. He wasn’t a cigarette junkie like Samuel was but he didn’t mind one. Micha grabbed the pack as he pulled one out. He slipped one between his lips as he grabbed the lighter. Micha lit the end of his cigarette as he relaxed. He inhaled the smoke as it filled his lungs. Micha sighed before blowing the smoke out blowing it off to the side.
As he sat there, Micha felt Samuel’s eyes on him as if waiting for him to come up with something intelligent to say to keep the silence at bay. He had nothing in mind really. Micha nodded simply as Samuel spoke watching him get up to get the newspaper. He shifted as he moved toward the wall in the booth. Micha shifted as he leaned back against the wall stretching his legs out on the seat as he leaned back. He flicked his ashes in the ashtray as he sat there. Micha glanced at Samuel as he returned the newspaper. He slipped the cigarette back between his lips as he took a few puffs from it as he sat there. Micha leaned his head back as he sighed and closed his eyes. He blew the smoke out as he pulled the cigarette from his lips."

"Micha remained relaxed as he smoked on his cigarette with his eyes closed. His mind was focused on Samuel as he listened to the rustling of Samuel’s newspaper. He didn’t mind the silence but he knew Samuel would get bored eventually. Micha blew out his smoke into the surrounding air as he sat there. He wondered how long this time Samuel would wait to pester him. Micha counted the minutes as he sat there. He finally felt Samuel tapping his foot against his own. Micha smirked as he opened his eyes and glanced at Samuel. He looked toward Samuel as he stubbed his cigarette out in the astray then blew out the remaining smoke. Micha felt Samuel nudge him again before Samuel dropped it. He wasn’t bothered by Samuel’s pestering since he was used to it. Samuel was like a needy child at times. He had become used to it after being around Samuel for a while. Micha shifted in his seat as he faced Samuel, ”And what would you like me to do to entertain you?” He asked curiously as he leaned against the table as he crossed his arms watching Samuel."

"Micha didn’t mind Samuel’s behavior. He knew Samuel was an attention junkie at times. Micha watched Samuel as he waited to see what Samuel wanted. He rolled his eyes at Samuel’s suggestion to look in the paper. Micha nodded simply as he watched Samuel. He knew the past few days hadn’t been exciting. Micha watched as Samuel moved to lean across the table to kiss him. He returned the kiss before Samuel pulled away from him. Micha stared at Samuel curiously as he spoke. He wondered if Samuel was drunk or if this was his normal self in the morning. Micha shifted as Samuel motioned for him to come over. He stood up as he walked over and took a seat beside Samuel. Micha sat beside Samuel as he looked through the newspaper with him. It was a weekday so there wouldn’t be much going on. He leaned back as he slouched a little as he looked the newspaper over. Micha knew Samuel and he were going to a gallery on Friday but they could always go look around a museum today. ”What about a museum or shopping?” He asked curiously not sure what exactly Samuel wanted to do."

"Micha didn’t mind the compliment, it just seemed odd to him. He relaxed beside Samuel as Samuel leaned against him. Micha didn’t mind it as he looked the paper over. He knew of a few museums he had wanted to check out. Micha nodded simply as Samuel spoke of doing both. He didn’t mind doing both. Micha heard Samuel’s question and shrugged lightly. He didn’t do a lot of clothes shopping. Mostly when he went shopping it was for art supplies or for work. ”Depends. It’s mostly for work when I go shopping…Other times The Atrium mostly…H&M sometimes…” Micha spoke naming a few stores he shopped at. He didn’t shop at the high price stores such as Prada. Micha could afford things there, he simply just didn’t see the need to go shop there. "

Prada was mostly his work and party attire, Barney's was for weekends, and Manhattan was for whenever he just didn't give a ******** what he wore. Though he liked labels Samuel was also very picky about the things he wore. He smiled as Micha named a few stores, having heard of them, even owned a few clothes from them. He especially liked some of the dress shoes he'd gotten from Yellow Rat b*****d along with a couple of t-shirts. "I've been to those places a few times. They're not bad, I'm just picky as hell so I don't really have that much from them." he replied simply. He looked through the paper listings of all the different museum and gallery exhibits going on, wanting to find something that was likely to interest them both. "Do you wanna go to those places?" he asked as his eyes went down the list of places. He paused reading one particularly long article on what was new and exciting at the Met. There was nothing wrong with it, but he hated the crowds at the Met. There was no helping it though, not when he lived in a city that occupied well over six million people and probably a good quarter of them were flocking there for field trips, dates, a casual stroll, and looking for a place to pick up men.

"Micha wasn’t all that picky of where he bought his things. He was a simple person mostly and didn’t need expensive things to make him happy. Micha listened as Samuel spoke not surprised he was picky. He didn’t need to be told that to know that already. Micha nodded simply as he looked the newspaper over seeing what galleries were available at the museums as well. He heard Samuel speak again and nodded, ”Sure…I don’t mind…I’ve been meaning to go shopping anyways just haven’t gotten around to it.” Micha spoke as he looked toward Samuel. He didn’t like clothes shopping but he was in need of a few new shirts and pants. Micha hated clothes shopping but sometimes it was mandatory. "

"Micha took the paper from Samuel as he started to look it over. He didn’t mind choosing where they went. Micha laughed softly as Samuel spoke. He nodded simply as he held onto the paper. Micha looked it over trying to make a decision of where he wanted to go. He was cross between Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Modern Art. Micha glanced at Samuel as he finished with his cigarette and moved onto his coffee. He wondered what Samuel would like. Micha went back to the conversation Samuel and he had about art. He figured the Museum of Modern Art was the best choice for the both of them. Micha closed the newspaper setting it aside. He grabbed his drink taking a sip from it. Micha looked toward Samuel, ”Have you been to the Museum of Modern Art before?” He asked curiously not wanting to go somewhere Samuel had already been. Micha wanted to go there since he had never been before. "

Leaning against the male, he waited for the male to look through the listing and choose something. Samuel didn't mind going to the museum, but he was terrible with picking a place or exhibit. The most he knew of art was what he liked and disliked. He was completely ignorant in terms of materials, style, and skill level. He rolled his eyes as the male laughed him, but said nothing about it. As he waited, he continued to sip his coffee, rather enjoying the diner's biter brew. He glanced at the male when he spoke nodded in reply. "Well yes and no really. I have been there but most of time it was either for someones party, a friends' showing, or business purposes. The last time I remember ever just going to look around at the different art, I think I was still in middle school." he replied. Samuel didn't mind going to the Museum of Modern Art. It had been a long time since he went for the sake of enjoying art and he never went with someone else. Maybe it'll be fun.

"Micha relaxed beside Samuel as he sat there. He grabbed his drink taking a sip from it. Micha wasn’t bother that Samuel knew nothing about art. They each had their own style of what they knew and didn’t know. Micha knew photography and art while Samuel knew business among other things. He set his cup down as he set it aside. Micha slipped his hand over Samuel’s thigh as he held onto him. He looked toward Samuel as he spoke. Micha laughed softly as Samuel explained the last time he had really gotten to look around. He smiled, ”Well then you and I will go and enjoy it today.” Micha spoke as he leaned over and kissed Samuel’s cheek before pulling away. He glanced as he saw their waitress was coming with their food. Micha pulled back from Samuel as he smiled at the waitress as she set their food down. He thanked her before he turned toward his food and started to eat. "

Sɑɱυεƪ ᴊᴏᵴҥʋᴀ Ɖɑᴠіʂ “Relationships are ropes. Love is a noose."
Samuel could only smile as the male laughed at his response. He knew, it was bad. He was in that same museum almost every other month and knew it like the back of his hand. But if someone were to ask him what his favorite piece was or the name of the artist he just saw not five minutes before, his mind was likely to go completely blank. Samuel in short was in an idiot for art. He knew what he liked and that suited him fine. He didn't need to be like every other high class Manhattan b*****d he'd met in his life who could go on for days about the life and works of Michelangelo or Raphael. He didn't need to know that the picture he was staring at was made with pencils and charcoal and not the photograph his mind persisted on telling him it is. Samuel the type of person who could enjoy art without knowing all the facts that went along with it.
Taking a glance at the male as he felt his hand touch his thigh, he smiled and nodded in response to his words. "Deal. So long as you don't mind stopping by my place first. I'd prefer not wearing the same thing I wore and slept in yesterday any longer than I have to." he replied. He sighed softly as the waitress came towards them and Micha pulled away. He didn't care if the waitress saw them. It was barely morning and the place was empty, what did they have to be shy about? Taking the paper from the male, he folded it up with the rest and put it aside by the window. He quietly thanked the woman as she put down his food and asked for a refill when she got the chance. The waitress nodded to his request, informing him that a fresh pot was being made now and it would be a few minutes if he preferred to wait. He didn't mind, and turned to his food as she left them to eat. Starting with his grits, he mixed in a bit of butter and sugar, stirring it into the white glob before taking a bit and smiling at the taste. As he continued eating, the waitress came back some minutes later with a fresh pot in hand. He held out his mug and thanked the woman before she left them once more.
