We just moved last month to this lovely house. And you know Devin Cloud? He lives on the same street as me, so we'll all see each other!" What am I doing? Standing awestruck.
What am I thinking? I have a real friend! Tears actually came to Kat's eyes and she nodded emphatically. "I would love that! My mom wouldn't even notice I was gone! She barely knows when I'm around. I just wanna get some stuff from my house. Oh man, I'm excited now." Her mind was swimming with the potential. She enjoyed being away from her house and she was honestly thinking about running away for the winter vacation. Her mother's negligence and her father's sporadic visits, plus her brother's annoyance... She was not looking forward to it. Out of Character ...

First Year: Hufflepuff§ M I L Σ ツit looks good on you.Ariana hadn't noticed the tears that appeared in Katrina's eyes as she was too excited just imagining her Christmas break. "This year is gonna be the best ever! And if the concert is on the first day of the break, that means the rest of the time, you could just stay at my house until we have to go back to Hogwarts! And even if it's not on the first day, you could probably still come over the days before the concert!" Ariana was too excited and too sure that he parents would say yes to the idea of having someone stay with them for two weeks. However, the were very understanding and thoughtful and that's why Ariana already made mental plans. wearing

Katrina smiled and shook her head. "I'm fine. I'm just really happy. I have a real friend." She continued smiling, a little giddiness running through her. She remembered her homework and sat back down on the floor. "I was working on the Defense homework. Wanna get your stuff and we can do it together?"Out of Character ...

She pulled a chair next to where Katrina was originally sitting, and she took out her textbook 'The Dark Forces: A Guide to Self-Protection.' "Okay, so, what did we have to do again?" she asked, trying to remember what Professor Athlis assigned for homework. wearing

What am I thinking? Defense.... Kat bit her lip and thought hard, trying to think about what their homework was, after all their excitement a moment ago. she looked at her books. "We needed to read a chapter and answer the questions at the end. They looked really easy though. I only answered the first one." She picked up her book and pointed to the questions.
