Now, I’ve summoned two one liter blocks of ice to appear at your desk into two different measured beakers. For one glass, I’d like you to practice this spell, and for the other, I would like you to use the hot air charm to melt the ice, that way you can see the difference of evaporated water. If we still have time, we'll try to cover the delbou spell as well.”

Rushing to class, Jasper couldn't believe he was late. Taking a seat at the back he hoped no one noticed. If so well he'd accept the consequences. For now the Hufflepuff took out his stuff and listened to what they were doing. Right, breaking and melting ice... Getting his wand out, Jasper got ready. "Frango Frigus." he said making the quick wand movement; point, up and back down again. Watching the ice shatter he turned to the next beaker. "Fervens Aeris." he said pointing his wand at it. Watching the ice melt from the hot air was interested to see the differences. Of course it wasn't overly hard to see.

Cauldrons were propped up on each desk; a number of small bottles, vials, and discolored jars were organized together at the back of the room, along with multiple pairs of tools, including gloves, scales, mortar and pestle, and sheathed knives. The professor sat behind his desk with his nose between a book, barely glancing over the edge of his pages when he noticed the first student arrive, but at the sound of scuffling chairs and belongings, he placed his book down and began the days lesson. "Welcome, welcome, as I'm sure you've noticed, we'll be brewing a potion today. In preparation for your upcoming NEWT's, we will review the Mystic Potion. If you need a refresher, the potion is on Chapter Seventeen of your textbooks, otherwise, you may begin brewing. If you need any help, I'll be here to assist you."

Mira walked into her second class of the week with a minor smile. She enjoyed Alchemy for how similar it was from Potions. Taking a seat with Wendy, she knew this would be the last year she’d be in the class. A depressing thought if not for what would happen after she left school. When Professor Angel said they’d be reviewing the Frango Frigus spell. That spell unfreezes ice by shattering it, Mira remembered that much.

Being left to her beakers, Mira pointed her wand at the target before flicking the tip upward and then quickly going back down. “Frango Frigus.” She said as she made the movement shattering the ice causing it to melt faster than it would as a sold mass. Looking to her second beaker, Mira preformed the hot air charm to melt the ice. Clearly the spell they were reviewing had more water in the beaker after being broken rather than simply being evaporated.

The professor entered the classroom hastily, his clock had ran several minutes late, thus, making the professor himself late, but not by too much. The Hispanic man carried himself diligently to the front of the classroom and examined each desk which contained a basin of murky brown water, and with a simple wave of his wand, the familiar script of Juan Angel Amorocho scribbled upon the board with the page number of the spell to be learned this class. ”Welcome back, I hope you had an excellent summer. We're going to jump right in because this year is all about reviewing for your upcoming NEWT's.

“Now today, we’re going to review the delbou spell, which as you should know, can clean any amount of water of impurities. The volume depends on the casters ability and will, which can, if concentrated effectively, distill the water to be one hundred percent pure. However that is quite a difficult feat to perform. Concentration is key, along with pronunciation. Say it with me, del-BUE, and remember, just a simple gesture as you point your wand at the target.. Now turn to the basins of water at your desk and practice. I'll be here if you need any help or have any questions. If you're successful, I've also provided ink wells for you to dirty your water and continue your practice.”
