"τнε spyιηg scнεмεr"
LOCATION: Hogsmeade Station with ?????, ??????, and others I don't know...
THOUGHTS: Best to make friends...
MOOD: Calm and Socialistic.
Matt stepped off the train, happy to have vented his feelings through the glass pieces of his chess set. Destroying Benjamin St. Cloud with his pieces, losing few, and completely destroying. He looked around, jade green eyes looking from side to side, looking at everyone around him. Matt wasn't shy, no he was the opposite, however he was picky with who he 'befriended.' Being the little prideful Pureblood he was, he hung out with the purebloods. Still, he knew no one, not a soul, so he moved down to begin conversing with others, without a sign, he eavesdropped on the conversation of one of the fellow incoming first years, and came up with something to put in, he had his chance when a student his age spoke about the Muggle world, so he jumped and put in his two cents, "Living with Muggle's is bit of bore, at least to me. You're lucky to be living in a wizarding town." He said in compliance to the incoming first year. A boy in which he had yet to find this boy's name. So he held out a hand to Samuel, offering his name. "I'm Matthew Warren, call me Matt. What's your name?"
What makes you happy?
I wonder... what makes you happy...
Does it make others happy, too?

Melissa-Marie Jonstone
Call me M.J.
M.J. had continued to move on through the crowd after her little incident. She was careful to not run into anyone again, next time she might not be so lucky as to avoid injury or damage to her things. Sticking to the edges of the crowd of first years, she paused at the edge of the lake, looking out across it intently. Who knew what wonderful things were out there, under the surface. Sure she had read the books, knew what was said to be there Giant Squids and mermaid colonies, but what else. Realizing she had been staring for quite a while, she hurried up to reach the boats. Climbing on, she slowly took a seat in the back, next to a rather unhappy looking girl, but she didn’t try to bother her, not wanting to get her head bitten off.

Leanne Harris First Year - Unsorted ~~~~***^^***~~~~
Leanne looked around, trying to figure out if anyone here seemed friendly. The problem was, it seemed that most people here were already forming their own little groups, and she was probably going to be excluded from all of them. "Figures," she muttered. "More than likely, everyone here's known each other for years."She honestly didn't know much about Hogwarts, or the wizarding world in general, which would have her thinking the opposite. She instead hugged her kitten tighter and moved through the crowd, trying not to bump into anyone. Unfortunately for her, instead of bumping into someone, she tripped instead and ended up falling into one of the boats. "Ow..." she muttered, rubbing her arm. She then looked up and noticed two girls in the boat with her, one that looked grumpy and another that had seemed to have just sat down. "Sorry, I didn't mean to do that." And she honestly didn't. Thankfully she hadn't fallen into the lake.

׺°”˜`”°º×☠׺°”˜`”°º× Payton looked up surprise evident in her eyes. 'Wow someone has the balls to sit next to me.' She almost opened her mouth to tell her to move but decided against it, being that she didn't feel like dealing with anyone at the moment. As she went back to look at the murky waters she was met with another surprise in the form of a falling girl. 'Really? Another person?' "You alright?" Her tone was dull and even as she spoke. The question wasn't asked to see if the girl was actually okay. She simply wanted to know if she should move because she didn't feel like hearing anyone complain the entire boat ride. Or at least that’s what she told herself. Payton, to her great annoyance, took joy in healing others- not that she'd ever admit it. She tried to mend people wounds at any chance she got, therefor when the opportunity, the girls hurt elbow, presented itself she couldn't help but asking. Despite her love of healing she was by far not a people person, quite the opposite actually. So she made a mental note to squash all conversation with her after she found out if the female was alright.

Chase Henrick ~ House ::: First Year ~ Chase laughed nervously. He didn't have the heart to tell her that there's a high possibility his classmates will try to murder him at night for putting them through such torturous, inhuman sounds. "Maybe when I find an interesting instrument," he said.
"I don't read a lot of romance novels. Dream Man was good, though I don't think you'll find it too entertaining, considering it centers around psychopaths. The Notebook is a classic. Flowers from the Storm was unique and interesting though." He reminisced the time when he first laid his hands on that book, Flowers from the Storm. How he understood the main characters like he knew them since his birth. It was the first book that he ever liked and would reread later.
"Sadly, for your love of unicorns, I've only read one book with unicorns in them: The Last Unicorn. It's magical and beautifully written, says the critics," Chase said.
((FYI: Those are real books.))
"The person who tries to live alone will not succeed as a human being. His heart withers if it does not answer another heart. His mind shrinks away if he hears only the echoes of his own thoughts and finds no other inspiration." - Pearl S. Buck

׺°”˜`”°º×☠׺°”˜`”°º× "Seeing as no one but you was hit, I suspect that," she paused having to remember the name of the female had just introduced herself, "M.J. and I are not hurt." Payton stated solemnly. This M.J. seemed to have taken care of the girl named Leanne therefore Payton took that as her chance to drop out of the conversation. Expecting no one else to join them Payton looked out at the school across the lake. It appeared large and -dare she say it- beautiful in an odd way. Her orbs shot up once more when yet another female entered the boat. 'What the hell?' She began drumming her fingers against her thigh. 'Can I not catch a break? At least this one seem like she was a quiet type.'
