The 2nd Kimi to Boku ED "Kimi to Boku no Banka" is probably one of my
favorites, which is odd considering that it's also one of the more simple
ones out there. It's literally just panning over stills of the main characters
wearing things like matching shirts, or all wearing glasses, or all doing
peace signs... but it's so relaxing and calm and the boys just make you
smile like an idiot and oh my god... it's just perfect for the show. Sadly no
one has uploaded it to youtube let...
I also really love the new Attack on Titan ending, they did a great job of setting
the tone for the rest of the series. The song is great, and the visuals are really
neat compared to the art in the show itself.
Honorable mentions would also be the ED for Tsuritama (again, no video
sadly) since it's got adorable paper-cutout fish everywhere and the song
is super cute... and the ED for Gosick because I love the visuals and the
music itself.

I'm having a hard time remembering all of them, but one of my more recent favorites would be To Be Continued? the ending for Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai Kara Kuru Sou Desu Yo!

I loved lots and lots of endings, but all that I can think of right now are Believe in Heaven from Matantei Loki Ragnarok, and the very pretty ending from Kuragehime.
