                        Mona's childhood was fairly uneventful. Being the second child of Omar Al-Hadad and Awatif Al-Ghanim, her parents learned their lesson from when they raised Tahani, her sibling. They were still strict and still had their own ideas on what would be respectable future jobs that would let her live comfortable, she still had more freedom and she also had the attention of her older sibling when they weren't away at Hogwarts. Since Tahani couldn't be there all the time, they doted on their little sister, who thought she was the best thing since sliced bread. And when they ended up working as a magician, Mona thought there weren't many cooler jobs. And even though they didn't live in the same house anymore and Mona was about to head to Hogwarts, they still talked frequently.
