Yes! since it was before 2007 Cardcaptor Sakura came out in 2000 Here is a small List i created for anime before 2010 Anime 2000's

Yes! This is my wife's favorite anime. I was very excited that they made a sequel.

I've always considered Card Captor Sakura to be a classic. I even own some of the original series. I now have some of the Manga of the new Clear Card Card Captor series. I can't wait to see the Anime.

TBH I'd be more surprised if someone DIDN'T regard Card Captor Sakura as a classic.
