Go! Princess Precure (because Precure is a good magical girl franchise and Go! Princess Precure is a good place to start. All Precure anime, despite being part of a major franchise, are all independent! So you can start wherever. I find Go! Princess Precure to be one of the better entries).

I didn't see if you'd put a genre to recommend from, but reading your recommendation for another guild friend, I think you'd like at least one of these:
- For My Daughter, I'd Even Defeat a Demon Lord (Absolutely adorable and heartfelt!)
- Is it Wrong to try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? (I recommend it for the humour and characters. There is some fanservice, but it's a fun watch.)
- Knight's & Magic (This one's a really fun one! It's also an Isekai.)
- Elemental Gelade (I LOVE this one! The plot, the characters, the twists, all of it!)

I'd definitely recommend Black Clover, especially since Daisuke Sakuma has his own character in the anime and he even voices the character (Makusa) emotion_kirakira
Asobe Asobase is legit my favorite comedy anime ever; definitely 10/10. emotion_awesome
