I like the idea of this guild and how our beloved captain is running the show, but it seems like there are lot of dated topics that should be archived/deleted as well as too many sub-forums.
Is there any ways to make this guild more active and ways to improve it?

I have been asked this question before
and its not easy , even as guild captain I do not have the power to do a mass deletion , Gaia Guild Moderator panel has only few options,
Send announcements
Add sub-forum
send guild invites
there are over 5000+ posts in order to delete a post i would have to click on each post and delete individually... as for sub topics same problem i cannot rearrange them, i wanted to re arrange them in alphabetical order...
all of the sub-forums are in the order which they were created...
