here's a part of my story that if you're interested in, go ahead and read it. it is from book 1 of my story. I'm currently working on book 2.
Sarah jumped on Zaira as the periwinkle dragon carried her high above Unsaar’s head. He growled and slashed at the dragon, missing as Zaira flew around his head in a circle. Zaira opened her mouth and sent out blast of fire, continuously hitting Unsaar over the head. He stood up and swatted at the periwinkle fly that’s buzzing over his head, and growled lightly. Angela jumped onto Bahari’s back and flew towards Unsaar. Bahari swirled around and charged at a fast pace, head butting Unsaar between his eyes. Unsaar reached over beside him and lifted a large chunk of the roof, and tossed it at Zaira. She dodged it, but Unsaar grabbed her long body and swung it around and around, hitting Bahari also. Unsaar roared and raised his hand as dozens of sharp rocks floated in mid-air. Sarah just sat on Zaira’s back, doing nothing while Unsaar threw the rocks towards Zaira. Scratches formed along the blue lining of Zaira’s body, drawing blood as rock darts came and attacked her over and over again. Bahari slithered in the air and bit into Unsaar’s hand, hoping that it would release his grasp on Zaira. Unsaar tightened his grip, leaned his head back, and opened his mouth. A light pink orb slowly grew larger and larger in his mouth, and he slowly released it as it trapped the two dragons and two warriors within its confound space. The dragons flew around, knocking and hitting and trying to find places to escape. Shocks of electricity slashed into their body, paralyzing them from head to their tail. Unsaar blew at the orb, as a shower of fire rained down upon them and dug into their very skin. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
and this is from my second book, the one i'm working on right now
Scott had wished for him to forget what had happened long ago, but the scar just kept on bringing back memories no matter how hard he tried. The last look she gave him, the look in her eyes that said pondered why he had killed her. He had always hated himself afterwards for murdering her, and countless times he’s tried to take his own life. But then the glow came back and the scar on his wrist burned intensely. He closed his eyes and hummed a little tune to himself. The one that they’d always dance to beneath the light of the full moon. The birds above the tree squawked and flew away, with only one bird still hanging onto the thick tree limb. It chirped quietly, looked down at Scott’s bushy hair with its golden eyes, and flew away.
It was an eagle.
