It was a really good first episode. It's about a vampire who's also a PI. lol, he's kinda funny. But what I really loved was that at the end, they played part of My Immortal! Um...but, I really wanted to sing, but not with my parents in the room sad And they cut it off before my favorite part sad So I ran upstairs and listened to it before Numb3rs came on ^_^
omg, wow, that's kinda weird...someone made a vid of JMay. Geez, I miss him. I miss Mrs. Zim, too. The only religion teacher I've had that's still here is Burckel.
So, here I am, at 8:30 in the morning, listening to the beginnings of what I'm going to dub The Best of Evanescence, if I ever burn it whee If I'd had October burned on something, I would've brought it for religion. It's a good (long) song that definitely fits 3nodding Or Give Unto Me. Oh, but I'm just obssessed with that one, I forgot rolleyes No, but actually, it did kinda go with the stuff on love. Sort of. Maybe? lol
Ugh, I hate my short story. I really really hate it. When I got to the end, I had to change the type of ending I wanted 'cause it would've taken too long to get it where I wanted it. And I have to write a poem for Wendsday. And everything I've been writing is not stuff I can turn in, really. It makes sense to me and me alone. It just seems random if you're looking at it from the outside. Oh, and another short story crying dang it!
Today's goals: finish math homework, figure out how to do the religion project (it's far too late to call who I wanted to talk to sad ), and work on my little dilema. Especially the 1st and 3rd. But I'm probably going to the volleyball tournament at St. C's just 'cause my mom wants to go and I wouldn't want her to go by herself. Plus, maybe there will actually be people I know. oh, lol, last night we went and watched them play St. Edward. wow, was that good. Some of those volleys were as amazing as high school games! St. C's won, of course. They're good.
And thanks to Quiz Bowl, I get to stay for the volleyball games this week ^_^ It would be pretty lame to just hang out for an hour, and I don't like the beginning of the game anyway. lol, I wonder if more people will show up for QB Thursday xd haha, lol, I think I shall enjoy myself immensly mrgreen Nothing's more fun than watching girls go all funny 'cause there's boys around xd And vice-versa, but it's not as fun. Besides, it's really awesome right before the spring musical xd All the little 8th graders are like "omg, boy!" xd And I'm just "okayyyy, it's a boy. what's the big deal?" Nothing's more fun than beating a boy at something intellectual ^_^ Those Jesuit boys did not like me much after I was through with them @ MAO convention ^^ ALL REAL NUMBERS!! xd That's my fall-back answer ^_^
hopefully one of us beats out teh BR Magnet kiddies this year. They're really smart, but totally unsocial. Matt, Hannah, and I were all talking and laughing, and this kid's sitting there quietly. But he and I were both pretty stumped by those final round questions ^_^ It was just luck that he got a question he knew. He actually gave me one I could've done, given a little more time. But it was a massive complex fraction, and trust me, you haven't seen massive 'til you've seen this one. It makes the ones at school look like newborn kittens! And there were some matrices. Couldn't do them 'cause I don't know how to find the determinant of a 4x4 matrix sweatdrop oh, there better be a kid in Adv. Math that's doing Descartes this year. I want to train them ^_^
I kinda like the Hairspray song we're working on. "I Know Where I've Been" It's pretty cool. The main line is a solo, and everyone else is doing harmony. But I like the song ^_^ And there's a ton of people trying out for it!
