... but perhaps not better than ever. It's still unbelievable to me, as I have been driving this car for over five years, three of the five all the way to college- an hour drive to get there, another hour to get home) and I have had no problems.
Now within a month, I have been hit twice and got a speeding ticket. I am afraid some southern voodoo queen has put a hex on me. So, wednesday, a man ran into the passenger side of my car. Again, I was not at fault. But I did spend from 5pm to 1am in the emergency room. I had banged my head against my window. By the time I got home, after the police report, my head was throbbing like a migraine and then I threw up. When I called my doctor, she was like, " go to the emergancy room immediately!" But boy, I didn't want to go and then whole time I was in there, I just wanted to go home and take a hot bath/shower and lay down. I saw so many awful things that night, a nurse told me the had lost two patients that night, that when I did finally get to bed, I was thankful that things were not worse. While it was a mild concussion and hair-line facture in my left wrist, I am going to be ok. And even though I now face the problem of transportation once again, I look at it as yet another test of my patience and endurance. I hate test.
