My head's been pounding for way too long now, and I'm cold, with long sleeves and slippers and whatnot. I slept pretty late, too. But I can't get sick. I gotta be okay through Thursday! Then I can be sick all I want 3nodding Of course...if I'm too sick to do choir stuff for open house, but not super-sick, I can always table-sit for choir all night. Instead of being there only btwn performances. Whatever. I am not going to be sick this week!
lol, I was just thinking about the religion exam and how one of the choices in the archbishop question was Rodi xd Good ol' Bishop Rodi ^_^ Whenever he visits and says mass at SFX, we go to Saturday evening...or St. Edward xd Too many ppls wanna go hear him say mass.
My dad said today that he thinks I'm getting skinnier xd lol, I'm pretty sure it's just my wonderful, elegant black pants. They're the kind of thing you'd expect to see on, say...Monique or some one like that. But they're super-long, so I have to wear my choir shoes with them. high heels are fun ^_^ I can even walk quietly in them, which is quite an accomplishment for me. I just hope we can wear comfy shoes for Open House 'cause I can't pony in them xd I tried, and I nearly fell over. Not to mention our stupid turns in Baltimore. I can hardly stay on my feet in flats xd it goes a little something like this: *turnstretchstumblefall* All in one nice, smooth motion ^^;;;
We still haven't worked on "Hairspray" at ALL. Bri, Paz, and Meagan are singing the solo part. They're still unsure about most of it. Becca, Liz, and I sang it together the first day Castillo was listening, and we did a pretty good job. And knew the words. At least we had that going for us xd But, sadly, no. We can't really hear the 3 of them in Alumnae Hall, let alone the gym. And they all sing very well! Though...I do have one issue with Castillo's choosing. 90% of the time, they all sing ALTO, and the part goes definitely out of alto range. And they're not confident about it. They can do it, it's just a confidence thing. I think maybe Castillo needed to have a soprano in there, just for a little confidence boost for them like "oh, okay, that's the note, and I can hit that!" type of thing. Anyway, not my decision, so whatever.
We have 2 dances to learn! Hairspray and You Can't Stop the Beat. And we have 2 after school practices. Yea...there's not gonna be much polishing going on here sweatdrop YCSB it gonna take freaking forever to get done. Hairspray won't be so bad, I guess, 'cause we're just backup singers xd
