Okay. WOW. I think I'm actually going to have fun with college~ I have a roommate (yay!). The on-campus dorms...let's just say I'm glad I'm not staying in 'em! I was frozen and uncomfortable. But they woke us up awesomely. MUSIC~ Really loud, right outside our door, but awesome. The first day, I almost rolled over and went back to sleep xD Poor guys, though. They got the massive amp xD It was about....4 feet tall, two feet wide, and LOUD LOUD LOUD. The elevator started shaking between the 2nd and 1st floor (guys were on the 1st). I asked one of the guys in my group about it. He was 3 doors down from it. Poor boy. He was really nice. The group I was in had more guys than girls. Another Sarah, lol. Somehow, I just always end up around them whee She's also going into engineering. And has a broken arm. And a boyfriend. And she looks like she's 15. The guys were pretty cool. I hope I see some of them around, especially Freddie (the guy 3 doors down from the amp) and Julien. lol. lol, there was this one girl that I really need to tell ya about :3 I don't know how I didn't laugh out loud when she introduced herself (not that I remember her name). Her appearance totally threw me. I was laughing my a** off internally. You have got to hear this. Really. you'll laugh. One of the counselors was looking for volunteers to help spell out "wegl wegl war damn eagle" on painted bodies for a football game xD I hope he does it. That would make my life. He was cool. There was this activity where we had to pick 3 ppl to survive a catastrophic asteroid strike. Our couselor-leader person was cool and really nice. Before we even got the sheet and read the fictional people's profiles, they said that there were pros and cons of each one and to be careful what you said b/c you didn't know who you would offend. Immediately, I thought "okay, that means there's probably going to be a lesbian and an atheist." You know, the people that some might object to for stupid close-minded reaons. Sure enough, first person was an atheist language expert, and the 4th was "an openly lesbian agriculture specialist" who specialized in farming in adverse conditions xD ha. I laughed quietly when I saw that. How often does stuff like that happen?
I love how I only have bad dreams when I'm away from home. I was chased by a murderer the first night @_@ Second night wasn't so bad, when I was asleep, anyway. I barely slept the 3rd night, which was the 1st night of CWE. And the 2nd night I was dead tired and don't remember my dream. Last night, either. but I didn't have any good dreams at all. I had moderately okay dreams, but nothing that made me wake up and smile to myself.
nyaaaaaaaa~ Only 4 other people are surely coming, and 2 aren't at all -.- CHOCOLATE DAY IS GOING TO BE AMAZING, SO WHY IS EVERYONE UNSURE?! gonk It's because I helped majorly with the planning, isn't it? I jinxed it sad *cries*
I got to play Guitar Hero. I'm not half bad, considering I was exhausted and unfamiliar with the song and how to play. 87%. Almost as good as my first Rock Band vocals experience.
I want it to be July 7th already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have my schedule, and it's preeeeeeeetty~ They told us to plan out 2 different ones 'cause we prolly wouldn't get our dream schedule, but I did ^_^ Then again, I had two classes that only had one possible time, so it was pretty easy. The only thing I didn't get was the class they told us was full. Engineering Orientation. Oh wells. I am happily NOT taking english in the fall :3 That makes me very happy ^_^ I have no back-to-back classes, so that's a plus. I'd have to run if I did @_@ Mondays are long, but Tuesdays are short and start later. It's a compromise I can live with.
Funniest part about my classes: I have 6 classes, and I have classes in 6 different buildings xD
I was missing people while I was away. This fall is going to be worse. At least this time I was coming home quickly!
