'tis blue and 'tis from Florida ^_^
Breaking Dawn was fun and deafening. There was an Edward look-alike contest XD The fangirl screams abounded. LOTS of fangirl screams xD They made them walk up the escalator and ride down the other one, and guess who was right at the bottom of the up escalator? biggrin I got some nice pictures. The guy who won was sorta close-ish to my idea of Edward, but there was another one who was pretty good, too. One of them kinda tripped up the stairs xD Poor guys. All but the guy who won were nervous.
So...I got a new phone since we switched companies. and I wasn't there, and i already miss my old cheap-a** phone. It's all...square-ish and flat. But it has a camera ^_^ Finally. And they got me a headset, so that's nice. I've wanted one since I started driving 'cause my phone starts ringing as soon as I hit 35 mph and I can't drive well one-handed >.> I can do it, but not for too long. Now maybe I won't crash ^_^
At the bookstore, we were looking through the $3 book bin, Dori came across a book called Girl Meets Girl xD Basically, it's a book to teach girls how to pick up girls xD It's one of the most entertaining nonfiction books I've ever read. We decided to buy it for the hell of it. We meaning Dori, Becca, Steph, Kelsey, Thomas, and me. Of course, I ended up paying for it >.> But Thomas took it and my money to go buy it ^_^ I had to go home for a while, so I ditched it at home, but they found another copy while I was gone and were flipping through it xD
We were telling Beth and Victoria about the book (which we politely call that book). I said it was silly 'cause we all know how to pick up girls. Thus begins the greatest joke in our circle. The greatest relationship joke, that is. Basically, you pick the nearest girl (in this case, Victoria), put your arm around her shoulder, lean close, and say "How you doin'?" xD The response vary from, "I'm gooooood. How you doin'?" to, "Better now that you're here." xD And THAT, my friend, is how to pick up girls xD Later, Beth had some yummy Greek food, and we wanted some. So we tried that. It didn't work -.- So, I was like "hey, maybe something out of that book will help!" xD Laughter ensues. I remember nothing useful 'cause I'm laughing. She gives us food anyway xD
So, in less than a day, I've picked up a skill I have absolutely no use for xD
Thomas also convinced me to buy Tarot cards xD I found his so very entertaining. Some dude at the zoo asked for a reading xD
oh god, plot twist xD soooo...apparently Thomas was almost COMPLETELY unaware that Beth liked him. But...from the way I heard things from Beth, he was aware of that and liked her too. ahhh...my happy happy life xD
and thank you mom for being such a killjoy. HONESTLY. It's 9:30 at night. I can't do much to clean up when I'm dead tired.
