There were these Christian singer dudes at school today. They taught us all sorts of songs and stuff. The first song they played was "I'm a Believer". Well, that's me and my friend Erin's theme song. We are ALWAYS singing it, mostly because it's the only thing Erin can sing in tune. I personally love the song because it's just so funny. So anyways, continuing with my story...
So they played a bunch of songs and there was a prayer. Not remembering the main part of the prayer. Anywho, I kinda realized that I've been so stuck on all the people I've lost, all the people I've hurt, etc. that I wasn't looking forward to the people I could be friends with, the people I could cheer up. I know I can't get over it all in a day, but I know that once I finish the story I'm writing, I will be able to look at the future.
Ever heard the song "Volare"? I like it. The rhythm reminds me of what an argument between me and my friend is like. She talks fast, I talk slow at first, but I can get going real quick. Give me the opportunity to get going, and you'll regret it. I will not hesitate to go off on you, especially if I've been waiting for a chance to. Watch what you say if you know I'll get mad at you. I was checking my ignored list (it's short consisting of one person). She kinda went off on me when I was new. All I did was try to be her friend. Well, guess what. SHE'S LIKE A YEAR YOUNGER THAN ME!!! I got told off by a twelve year old!!! I was 13, but still! At the time I thought she was like 20 or something. That's what she sounded like. Well, now I'm kinda mad.
Last weekend, I got to go on the dance machine! First time since like June. I was good! I watched this group of friends on it for awhile. The two boys were really good. One had some trouble on combos. The girl was really good too. They were doing hard, crazy, and full double. I could hardly keep up with what was going on. Me and my easy songs are good, though. First off, 'Zzanga'. The first time I did that one, my friend got mad b/c I did so badly I managed to fail us both out. Ha ha. It was too slow for my poor head to get it. Then, 'I Love You'. It brought tears to my eyes for a moment. I used to annoy my friend so bad by hitting the center pad twice really fast when the song select came back up. It was the first song, so I could usually get it to start before she could stop me. It was fun. It was also my favorite. I would pick it and look at my friend, me just trying not to laugh. She never looked happy, but she wasn't really mad at me, I think.
Then came 'Rolling Christmas'. Okay, funny story behind this. My friend Kyle decided it was time to teach me the dance machine. I was 10, and very uncoordinated. We tried 'Rolling Christmas' first. I failed us out of that one. He just laughed at me. Instead of wasting money, he would do a one player, and I'd just try to keep up on the other side. I was horrible. Three years later, I finally had a friend who could teach me. SaraPi, the up-and-coming dancing queen! lol. Actually, I'm not too bad. The highest level one I can pull off is 'Run Away'. It's Level 6, not too bad, eh? Most of the other stuff I do is level 1 and 2. The other high level songs I have tried me and my friend nicknamed 'Beethoven' and 'Vivaldi' after the composers. Antonio Vivaldi wrote Winter from the Four Season. The Beethoven song is hard, but I can do the beginning. Thanks to lovestruck_demoness for donating white stockings!
