When Shelly was standing there leaning over the rail just near the rocket tower, she listened to the waves of the waters below splash once hit upon the bottom of the little cliff. Shelly smiled, closing her eyes and allowing the wind hit into her face, giving a faint smile.
She was a little startled when Ginji came to her side, placing his hand over hers on the rail. Shelly opened her eyes and glanced over to him from the corner of her eyes. "Oh there you are? Finish talking to your sister? Everything alright?" she asked, Ginji grasped her hand and smiled, looking out into the sea. "Yes, of course everything is fine." he answered her.
He moved away from the rails and grasped her hand, lightly pulling her along in which the woman followed with him, looking at the pilot in curiosity. The only problem Ginji had was the thought of Shelly declining his request, but he knew she wouldn't... hopefully.
Ginji waited. He pulled her a little more closer and wrapped an arm around her shoulders, walking with her in heading to the roof of the rocket tower. When she finally got to the top, Ginji stood there with her, looking out into the sea as the sun was coming to color, setting. He smiled and they stood there in silence. Shelly finally drop her hands from his and looked up at him, though she only reached to his chest of course, she was a short girl but Ginji didn't even mind even that, or how she looked... it was just who she was that he really liked about her. She was kind, gentle and hard working. She loved him dearly just as he did with her. They both also enjoyed working with the albiore.
Ginji was sure he wanted to remain with her for ever. He took both her hands and grasped them with his, bringing her hands to his chest. "Shelly..." he started, than searching for the words he wanted to come to ask her. Shelly blinked, waiting for him, "Ginji?" she wondered, curious to what he was going to say.
"You've no idea how hard this is..." Ginji murmured, grasping her hands a little more tightly, than gulped. "Shelly will you..." he stopped, his left hand had slipped a delicate ring into the palm of Shelly's right hand. "...become my wife? he finished, closing his eyes than repeated his lines once reopened, "Shelly... will you become my wife?" he asked, grasping her hands and looking straight at her.
Shelly stared up at Ginji, her eyes a little wide and she was at a loss of words and thought, she felt the ring in her hand... he was serious? Ginji wanted her to marry him? With every minute of silence, Ginji grasped her hand a little tighter and pulled himself closer to him, his forehead to hers.
Shelly felt his forehead place upon hers, her eyes closed as she thought momentarily about it, she kept herself close to the pilot as he slowly wrap his right arm around her waist and is left onto her back.
It was quiet for the longest time, Ginji kept his eyes close as she did, waiting for her to finally answer. Shelly finally moved after nearly a half hour of just standing there in his arms. "Ginji." she finally spoke, perhaps to quickly gain his attention after the silence. The sun had already been set, the sky was only a little purple now, mixed with the blackened sky.
"Yes. Ginji. I will become your wife." she finally answered with a soft smile, but Ginji only grew a smile on his face, his arms completely tightened around her. The pilot was only happy, keeping his eyes on his now fiancee. He moved a hand behind her head and pressed his lips to hers, kissing her rather passionately, parting their lips and held her close.
Shelly only smiled lightly with a soft giggle, both her arms locked together around his waist.
