Voting for Big Brother 7 is happening on Tuesday ( I think ). As I said before, I had to work on Friday, so I had 6 loooong hours of mindless shelving during which I contemplated the votes. My thoughts: It does NOT look good for Mike at this point. His problem is that people are going to be casting their vote AGAINST him, without thinking so much that it's FOR Erika. People don't really have much beef against Erika, so no one will be voting AGAINST her out of spite. What Mike has to do is to convince the houseguests not to vote AGAINST the player they dislike, but to vote FOR the player who played the best game. To vote FOR the player who deserves to be called the winner of the game. There is no way in hell Erika deserves to win. She didn't deserve to make it as far as she did; she's there basically because of an accident. Because of many accidents all lined up, really (one for instance: if Will's Veto had come off of the rope, she'd be long gone). Whereas Mike is there through careful planning and strategy.

Danielle is a very swing vote, it could go either way. Janelle's could, too, because she hates women and probably wouldn't like to see Erika win even though they got closer in the last few days before she was gone. She *might* even be logical enough to reason that Erika really doesn't deserve it. On the other hand, maybe she'll still be sore about being used and will vote for Erika, then again... she's been in the Jury house for a while, who knows what Will has been able to do for Mike.

Basically, I think it'll be close, but Erika has a definite edge right now (before speeches and before the magic of Dr. Will in the jury house wink )
