Tests: Lorentz let us use a notebook or book for half the math test. Berkel's was simple. I made the mile in 13:28 mrgreen I got a 84 on my last history test...I think he took off too many points for one of the short answers. I just switched the names, not the concepts...
Talent: Charlotte, Mo, Angie, and Bri all did their Tri-M thing today and were PHENOMENAL! (spelled that wrong, I'm sure) Me and Stephanie have to go next time, which leads me to my next topic...
"Tourniquet": Steph said he was thinking about singing it for her Tri-M thing! I mean, WOW!!!!!!!! Total respect for her just shot through the roof ^_^ So, that's always nice...
Tricky Things: um, these are the really really weird bits of my day. I'll start with the last onoe, which happened in history. I was just talking to Nicole, who sits behind me, and I went to turn to ask Sarah something. Well, when I turn between the two of them, the three people directly in my line of sight are Sarika, Confite (I can only remember her name from Spanish, not her actually name ^^;;; ), and Camille. So, I turned kinda slow, since Sarah was talking to Jackie for a sec. Well, the first two were busy talking to their friends, and the third had her chin on her hands on her desk and was looking almost right at me. I was kinda thinking "what's with all the weirdness today?" The first weird thing was actually concluded at the end of the day. Okay, so bascially, the three people whom my main characters in my story are based off do the EXACT SAME THING. It's ridiculous. It's pretty strange, actually...I do this thing where I put my head down, but thirty seconds later, I'm sitting up again, looking for something to do. Um...well, turns out I'm not the only one. I catch these stupid things out the corner of my eye. I swear, it hit me in spanish that there are at least two other people who do the same thing. It took me until spanish for my barin to think of english. Isn't that odd???
The remaining wierd thing is totally off in another direction, as it happened during lunch and perhaps if there had actually been a real NHS meeting, I wouldn't have been there for it. I don't really feel like even attempting to squash the whole deal into words. All I can really say is that I realized today that I really don't know who my friends are, as people, on the inside. I mean, it was just...I had a bunch to think about in my afternoon classes. Maybe I was just being dumb on purpose to shield myself. It's happened. Of course, I also know that you can't make generalizations about people based on their closest friends. Soooooo, now I'm back to confused again. And now I really have to keep my bright and happy mood up, because I'd bet money that someone will notice if I'm down as much as I felt for a good portion of the afternoon. I don't want to be all fake-happy. I just need to not think about the downers while I'm around certain persons.
Let's just say that full choir practice next week will be EXTREMELY tricky for me sweatdrop
