I pretty much flipped when I got to the essay. I didn't get the poem at all. And the question was even worse! I stared at it for almost 5 minutes before I could even begin to paraphrase it. Hopefully I did okay on it. I screwed up part of the antonyms, but the rest was okay. Earth science was easy, though. Actually, it was quite pleasant. I was in with the other class, and so I was with Stephanie D and a few other people. She and I both agree that Plauche's exams are beastly.
Well, in between exams, a few of us were outside when it started raining. Cue the run inside. Beth said once she gets ungrounded, we have to go to Barnes and Noble. Go on a book-buying spree.
There's only 4 13-letter words in the vocab book. That's kind of sad.
I was getting my little butt in trouble this morning. Victoria was at school before me, so I got to sneak up on her. Then, after the Foltzes, Steph, and Kiersten got to school, I started getting in trouble. I randomly started singing "Move It" and Kiersten doesn't like it, as it turns out. As soon as they heard that, Victoria and Steph launched into it. Victoria knows the WHOLE FREAKIN' SONG! kiersten was getting aggravated, so I kindly suggested that she sing a line from "...Baby One More Time". Um, well, that really nailed me. Next thing I know, I'm running with Victoria chasing me. Sometime in the chase, Beth got to school. Somehow or another, Victoria caught me and I was caught in a headlock. Ouch. Finally, they managed to get her off me by tickling her. I dashed away and hid behind Beth before she could grab me again.
My pre-exam morning ended with Kiersten hitting me once with a book and once with her hand. Uuuuummmm, she's waaaaaaaaaaaay strong. My arm was sore after, but it doesn't bother me anymore. That was a different story during the 1st exam, though. Owwies.
