Yesterday was Homecomming and we lost big time! it was 6 or so -24! We also did a all-day Elemetary school tour of all the elemetary schools in the Tituseville Area School District. Then we had to come back to school and do a pep-rally (doping the same stuff we were doin all day yesterday) then we got about and hour or so of rest time and then we had to be back at the HS by 5 in full uniform do to a parade and to preforme at the football game. Mr. V said that we (the Rockettes) held up better than the Band b/c we actually did better b/c the music was very soft.
Well on to today. i was up at about 8am to get ready and be at the HS band rom by 10.30 to get everything on and get my hair and make-up done. then at about 11.30 the buses left to take us to Warren. we were the thrid band on and then about three more bands played after us. After that we had time to mingle witht he other bands and we got a great reply to our show. Then we left to go home and we got flipped off by this like 12 year old for some odd reason. then we had to turn around b/c we ran into a dead end and went past the girl again and she flipped us off again! i mean what the hell is wrong with her!? Just b/c we're better than their Marching Band doesn't mean anything! Well, we got back at the HS at about 4.30, unloaded the equipment van and put it all in the equipment room. then we got changed and we all went home. When my mom came to get me, she informed me that my dad had been drinking and not to say anything about dinner or complain about anything.... so now i'm EXTREMELY tired and sour for all the preformances is did. Tomorrow i have to finish my Algebra 2, Spanish 2, and finishin reading parts of "Great Expectations" by Chales Dickens for Monday.
Oh, I almost forgot, tomorrow Rez is commin over for the afternoon, can't wait for that! B/c I was supposed to stay the night at his house tonight but seeing as how i'm goin to go be workin this Tuesday and Wednesday (watching Buddy again) my mom wants me to stay home.... even though i'd much rather go to Rez's...
