Se'rox's mud pies
Se'rox reacted quite adeptly to ZuchaX III's push into the mud. She did a somersault in midair and a cannonball into the mudpit- which she expanded by about ten feet deeper than the one and a half it had been.
Surfacing quickly, she felt ZuchaX III walk off the landing and toward the forest beyond.
"Awwww." Se'rox said quietly. ZuchaX III turned around, and told her about the limits of the grounds, as if he really did intend to leave her there.
Her face scrunched up in annoyance, and was about to let him walk off, when she reconsidered.
"You can't just leave your guest stranded here!" she called out playfully.
Her sudden grin was all the warning he got before dozens of mudpies rose from the pit and began flying at him.

Taran's bitty dilemma
Taran followed n** as she raced onto the Dragonfly without a pause.
"Wait!" he called, trying to get her to reconsider. However... what other choice did they have? He flicked his hand, and the locks on the bay doors unlocked. In case Shal was still nearby, Taran shouted out, "Tell Rose we'll return it later!" and boarded the ship without any more delays.
While running up to the cockpit room, Taran sent a hasty message to the gwees, as well. 'Duty calls. Stay with the girl.' The gwees had been with him since he took them off the blue dragons' planet hours before it was destroyed. They would heed his command. Besides, they liked Rose.
Stopping in the command deck and seeing n** already starting her up, Taran debated for a moment. In all rights, he should be in command of this mission. After all, it was his dragon that had commanded it. But... he was also trying to avoid certain inquiries. So he settled.
He plopped himself down in the copilot chair.
"So, just over to Gaia, then?" Taran asked, as he saw her course. "I suppose you know where we can find the young dragonling?"

Rose's POV...
Rose was trying not to look like she had just been crying when Dragon came over and tried to comfort her. Thankfully, she got distracted again, and had to figure out what to do with a few situations.
Rose looked around, though, when the report came across mentioning Taran being somewhere else. When had he left? At least he had not seen her crying, she hoped. She hated her stupid emotions sometimes. Like when they cropped up at inopportune moments.
She quickly changed clothes again, to something fresh and befitting a rescue mission. Refocusing her aura- something she had been taught to do in school but would never work properly due to her blood-magic having been split until recently, Rose realized something. She truly did have innate abilities. She had always thought that that was a myth. That a person might have the ability to learn to do something, but that the knowledge on how to do it was necessary before the doing of it could be accomplished.
There were just so many things she could do... but, looking around, she doubted this was the time or place. Maybe later.

The mysterious creature in the command deck
Flying about the command center, the small creature looked at all the buttons, dials and switches. Landing on a flat surface, she didn't realize it was a button until it moved when she stopped flying.
"oops" she said quietly. She looked at the button, but it had no label. It was big and blue.
Nari looked at the buttons near it. "well, red is the opposite of blue. maybe this one undoes that one?" she said, as she jumped onto a small red button and depressed it.
Nari giggled with delight. This was actually quite fun!
She flicked a little green switch, which then lit up a whole section of things!
