but i fail to see how
i can live on now

one who loves me hates me for it
one who i love doesnt know it
one who loves me doesnt see that i love her
and one who loves me doesnt want me to know it.
my mind is drifting so i try to hide it
i am just an object and nobody wants it.

poetry isnt a great subject for me
and yet i look through my window and see
a world of happyness, joy, and color
gaurding us from a world of torture
a world of anger, hate, and sorrow
that would make us not want to see tommorow
as i look out my window and see this world
i get the urge to put into word
the many things that this great planet hides
and the many things right before my eyes.
